I have over 8 years of experience working in finance across Eastern and Southern Africa region in senior finance roles where I have gained extensive experience on the following areas:
Financial accounting, operations and management;
Financial reporting, planning and analysis;
ERP Implementation, improvements and management;
Internal controls formulation, oversight and regulation;
Managing the finance function and cross functional teams;
Governance, risk and compliance management and business continuity
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and strategy plans preparation, implementation and variance analysis;
Working capital management including cashflow, inventory management, payables, receivables, and capital asset management;
Overseeing and participating in all External, Internal, regulatory, tax and ISO Certification audits;
Internal controls, processes, procedures and policies formulation, implementation and improvements;
Manage HR, IT and procurement functions;
Team management and leadership.
