.Prepare and Analyse accurate financial statements including , Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement in line with IFRS and GAAP

.Ensure compliance with local tax laws, international financial regulations, and group accounting policies.

.Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes Burn Manufacturing Usa Llc and Ecoa Electric (Dongguan) Ltd. – (Subdsidiary).

.Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and company policies.

.Manage journal entries and maintain clean general ledger.

.Process and reconcile intercompany transactions, including recharges across two entities.

.Reconcile bank statements, payables , receivables and payroll accounts regularly.

. Ensure timely submission of VAT,PAYE, Income Tax, and corporate tax filings in compliance with local and international laws.

.Prepare and present financial reports including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance metrics.

.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance to senior management.

.Identify areas of improvement and streamline finance processes using ERP Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

.Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

.Work closely with entities finance teams, business unit heads and shared service centers.

.Communicate financial performance and provide insights to support decision -making.

.Manage corporate credit card processes, ensuring timely payments, accurate monthly reconciliations, and prompt resolution of discrepancies to support accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls and company policies.
