About Candidate

Job Responsibilities:

1. Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on the local market, including but not limited to industry policies and regulations (water, gas), market demand, competitor dynamics, and channel distribution. Regularly submit comprehensive reports to provide a basis for the headquarters’ market strategy formulation.

2. Business Development: Proactively identify and visit local target clients, including government water and gas authorities, engineering contractors, and distributors, to establish and maintain stable customer relationships.

3. Market Operations: Assist the headquarters in advancing overseas market operations, including local brand promotion, order follow-up, and coordination of after-sales support.

4. Product Feedback: Collect local market feedback and suggestions regarding the company’s smart meter products. Timely synchronize this information with the R&D and sales teams at headquarters to facilitate product optimization and market adaptation.

5. Ad-hoc Duties: Complete other related tasks assigned by the headquarters.

 

 

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields such as Communication Engineering, Software Engineering, Automation, Marketing, International Trade, or Finance.

2. Language & Residency: Local citizenship or valid long-term residency status is required. Proficiency in the local language and English is mandatory; Mandarin speakers are highly preferred.

3. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in market expansion, sales, or related industries (water, gas, smart devices). Experience in the smart metering industry is a distinct advantage.

4. Skills: Possess strong market insight, communication skills, and business negotiation capabilities. Must be able to independently conduct market research and client visits.

5. Work Style: Comfortable with remote work; possesses high self-motivation, strong time management skills, and execution capabilities to complete tasks efficiently.

6. Attitude: Demonstrates high professionalism and team spirit, aligns with the company’s culture, and is willing to grow with the company.

7. Logistics: Must possess personal remote working equipment and field transportation (vehicle/motorcycle), and be familiar with local traffic and market environments.
