In the company, I have built up a reputation for ensuring that trends of underperformance are formally addressed through clear and documented performance improvement plans. In addition to this I am also committed to ensuring staff training needs are identified, responded to and that learning is promoted.

On a personal level, I relish solving problems when they come up, value people and relationships and am more likely to laugh than cry when things get a bit challenging.
