Oversee the operations of multiple branches and/or satellite branches. Guide, train and manage all grades from interns to Branch Managers. Stakeholder Relation Management: Dealerships, Stage Chairmen, Government Authority. Prepare reports for presentation to senior management in a timely manner. Organize, implement, and review training programs for staff in the entire region. Ensure that all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations. Uphold company’s brand standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance. Collaborate with marketing team for the planning of large events. Collaborate and communicate with all departmental stakeholders to ensure business needs and productivity are met. Cost Control which entails petty cash, Inventory and Recruitment management. Fraud Prevention and Management. Business Growth- Potential markets research, exploration, and implementation.
Representing Watu Credit and implementing the Company’s business development plan in the assigned geographical area within the assigned mandate. Increase penetration into the target client segments through participation in the development and opening of new satellite where there is potential. Provide leadership in the development and implementation of regional business development plans such as through typical activities like formulate/implement/monitor future strategies, sales plans and activities to acquire new customers, deepen existing relationships in the Branch network and align these with the business goals. Manage the client portfolio for profitable growth by deepening and widening the customer relationship through customer contact. Work closely with the marketing team to design marketing and sales programs to acquire new clients in the desired Branch. Maintain a motivating work environment for all the Branch that drive performance. Facilitate proper on-boarding of new Branch staff and ensure on job trainings for the staff in the Branch. Responsible for proper documentation and ensure compliance of the Company’s policies and procedures are in place at all Branches. Improve the overall efficiency of Branch operations.
Handling and supervising all branch operations and any customer compliments or complaints. Finding and implementing solutions to any problems that may arise. Not limited to insurance claims, tape lifting for lost license plates for assets, and logbook processing. Handling petty cash for the branch. Attracting Clients to Watu Credit Limited Asset Finance products. Acting as the contact person at nominated sales point(s) for all incoming inquiries from potential and existing Clients concerning Asset Finance products offered by the Company, and directing queries’ regarding the Company’s other products to head office. Providing pro-active, accurate, detailed, and comprehensive product presentation in respect of the Client’s inquiry. Conducting pre-assessment of the Client’s financial position and offering the best suitable product configuration. Collecting necessary documentation, including but not limited to ID, PIN, photo, and asset details; checking for document authenticity and ensuring scanning quality; submitting all relevant information to the back office for further checking and processing. Issuing appropriate Loan Agreements, ensuring data entry accuracy and correctness, and making sure that all essential conditions of Loan Agreement such as (but not limited to) duration, payment schedules, due amount, as well as legally binding consequences in case of breach of Terms and Conditions of this Agreement are fully explained to the Client and accepted by the Client. Advancing customer support by conducting preventive and follow-up calls and reminders to clients to ensure adherence to payment schedules for repo assets. Keeping Department Manager informed by submitting activity reports and performance analyses by Company reporting procedures. Ensuring that all sales and marketing activities operate cost-effectively, consistently, and ethically within the given mandate and the mission and values of Watu Credit Limited.
Issuing appropriate Loan Agreement, ensuring data entry accuracy and correctness and making sure that all essential conditions of Loan Agreement such as (but not limited to) duration, payment schedules, due amount, as well as legally binding consequences in case of breach of Terms and Conditions of this Agreement are fully explained to the Client and accepted by the Client. Advancing on customer support by conducting preventive and follow-up calls and reminders to clients to ensure adherence to payment schedules for repossessed assets. Keeping Department Manager informed by submitting activity reports and performance analysis in accordance with Company reporting procedures. Ensuring that all sales and marketing activities operate cost effectively, consistently and ethically within the given mandate and within the mission and values of Watu Credit Limited.
