•       Maintaining good relationships with clients and maximizing the value of the relationships with our community of members

•       Identifying key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships

•       Participating in one-on-one meetings with community members and potential community members to explain services and guide their choice

•       Providing excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business

•       Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the innovation hub including line management of the admin team, and community members and ensuring a safe professional working environment for employees and service users

•       Work with the marketing and business development officer to achieve income generation targets to ensure the Hub meets occupancy and income generation targets

•       Resolving any customer complaints promptly and professionally

•       Keeping company records and reports up to date

•       Carrying out clerical duties, including answering calls and preparing documents

•       Managing the office stock and in charge of making requisitions of the items needed

•       Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation

•       Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records

•       Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately

•       Responsible for office management- troubleshooting general office hygiene, sanitation and maintenance

•       Responsible for coordinating logistics for special events, training, central filing, facility management and reception duties.

•       Responsible for program inventory management to ensure office assets are tagged and well maintained

•       Financial responsibility includes purchasing, contracting with vendors, processing invoices and assisting with budget preparation and tracking

•       Performing administrative tasks for cohort programs to ensure the smooth running of the programs, for example, looking for the right expert trainers and ensuring the entire program runs smooth

•       Process and manage routine administrative and financial tasks for the team to contribute to the effective and timely management of resources.

•       Serve as procurement and budget management focal point for the team.

•       Provide support to travel management of team members

•       Provide operational support to run the innovation program events (boot camp, pitch events, etc.).

•       Information sharing and service delivery to staff.

•       Contribute to the improvement of business procedures and processes.

•       Collect and perform basic analyses of data on the community and share weekly updates on the growth of the community
