Human Resource Responsibilities: • Handling grievances, employee repatriation, employee separation process and ensure adherence of annual calendar activity. • Manage payroll processing, leave management, contract management, succession planning, conducting training on HR related topics and coordinating annual external and internal audit liaising with other departments. • Manage employee relations matters, internal & external communication, conflict resolution and support senior management in change management for Africa Region realignment to ensure internal HR transformation. • Coordinate Africa region recruitment & on-boarding, employee benefits enrollment, updating organogram, advising on employee compensation & benefits and implementation of HRIS system for organizing HR data. • Provide HR advisory support to senior management, assist to drive HR strategy in Africa Region, ensure organization compliance of labour laws & Host Country Agreement and organize employee engagement programs. • Oversee organization policy manual review & update, analyzing training needs and shaping the company culture. • Ensure compliance of data protection regulations at the workplace and implementation of the company’s Safeguarding and equality policies to create a safe working environment for all.Administration, Protocol and Operations Responsibilities: • Oversee applications for work permit, Diplomatic IDs and Tax Pin numbers for expatriates. • Preparing correspondence through Note Verbal to MOFA for various immigration requests, filing annual returns at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and processing Value Added Tax (VAT) Exemptions. • Coordinate asset & inventory management processes, data management, office management, company vehicles management and collaborate with external partners to ensure effective service delivery (Consultants and Suppliers). • Oversee all security protocols, employee repatriation process and preparation of travel documents for employees. • Monitoring, preparing & submitting petty cash claims, tracking payment status, ensuring timely closure of requisitions & purchase orders and coordinate office maintenance & replenishing of supplies. • Managing procurement procedures such as creating requisitions, maintaining vendor information, vendor contracts preparation & management, prepare the terms of references and assist in evaluating vendor performance & compliance.
