Currently working as an After-Sales Customer Service Agent at Kilimall, I specialize in handling client inquiries, resolving post-purchase issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

My academic background in Anthropology has strengthened my understanding of human behaviour, social dynamics, and cultural diversity, skills that help me connect with customers from different backgrounds and provide empathetic, effective support.
