My work experience includes managing 950 Ha under tea and 593Ha under eucalyptus fuel wood plantations with a monthly average of 800 employees both in Kenya & Tanzania with additional experience working with small holder farmers, government agencies, regulatory bodies, other institutions and overseas suppliers of farm equipment, spare parts & other machinery.
Well equipped with ability to manage Public Private Partnerships (PPP) & donor funded projects having successfully managed a 5-year WORLD BANK Funded Kenya Climate Smart Agriculture (KCSAP) Project in partnership with the Government of Kenya in the Agriculture Value chain with tangible and sustainable results for small holder farmers.
