Job Title: Live-in Personal Assistant & YouTube Video Editor (with AI Proficiency)
Location: Rongai, Kenya (Employer’s Residence)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and skilled female individual to join our team as a Live-in Personal Assistant and Video Editor. This unique dual role involves managing the employer’s residence during the day and creating engaging video content for a YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will be adept at video editing, well-versed in AI tools, and possess strong house management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing for YouTube Channel:
Produce, edit, and optimize video content for a growing YouTube channel.
Utilize advanced video editing software and techniques.
Integrate AI tools and functionalities into the video production workflow to enhance content creation and efficiency.
Coding skills will be considered a significant advantage in this aspect of the role.
House Management & Maintenance (Daytime):
Oversee the house during the day while the employer is at the office.
Attend to and manage any incoming visitors, service providers (e.g., electricity personnel, garbage collectors, deliveries), or unexpected callers.
Maintain the general cleanliness and tidiness of the house. (Please note: A cleaner and gardener are employed for weekend services; this role focuses on daily maintenance).
Ensure the security and smooth operation of the household in the employer’s absence.
Candidate Requirements:
Gender: Female.
Age: Preferably between 24 and 28 years old.
Skills:
Proven experience in video editing.
Well-versed and proficient in utilizing AI tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A proactive and responsible approach to house management.
Coding skills will be a definite advantage.
Location: Preferably resides near Rongai due to the job location.
Working Arrangement:
Initial Probation (First 3 Months): The candidate will be required to commute to the residence daily.
Post-Probation: Upon successful completion of the three-month probation period, the option for a live-in arrangement at the residence will become available.
