Kingrich Farm Ltd. is a growing enterprise in the livestock and feed processing sector. We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Financial Manager to lead and manage all financial aspects of the business. This role is critical to supporting our operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing cost structures and enabling informed decision-making across the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth plans, providing leadership in business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Design and implement financial policies, frameworks, and internal controls to ensure compliance, support audits, and uphold financial integrity.
• Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements, budget controls, forecasts, and management reports.
• Deliver financial insights to support executive decisions on productivity, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Implement and manage financial systems, including accounting software and cost accounting tools, to support performance tracking across business units.
• Establish and monitor departmental profitability, including feed processing, livestock operations, and commercial activities.
• Identify financial and operational risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure the company remains audit-ready.
• Act as the key liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Support procurement and inventory functions through cost analysis, stock valuation, and resource planning.
• Participate in pricing strategies, capital planning, and sustainability initiatives across the organization.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, overseeing recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance function.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in finance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
• Prior experience/ familiarity with production, supply chain finance & cost accounting processes in livestock farming, feed processing or related sectors is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, statutory reporting and financial compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to design & implement financial systems, policies & controls suited to operational needs.
• Skilled in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Proficient in ERP systems or IT-based accounting platforms.
• Highly adaptable and capable of operating in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication & decision-support skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to strategic business objectives.
