We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Expert to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic growth, enhance visibility, and strengthen the NurseClex brand online.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with company goals.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
• Manage link-building campaigns and improve domain authority.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools and techniques.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven success in improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Available to start immediately.
