Job Opportunity: Loan Officer

Mwenyeji Investment Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new loan clients and guiding them through the application process
• Marketing loan products through fieldwork and community outreach
• Conducting regular customer follow-ups via calls and site visits
• Processing and disbursing repeat loans to eligible clients

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Microfinance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in credit, sales, or microfinance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
