Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Animation Expert to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing visually compelling 3D animations and illustrations that accurately represent medical and scientific concepts. This role is central to our content creation process, ensuring that our digital outputs are not only visually striking but also educationally accurate. The position requires close collaboration with our medical team, content writer, and creative team to translate medical information into engaging visual narratives suitable for online learning and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• 3D Animation & Illustration Production: Design and create high-quality 3D animations and still illustrations of medical concepts, anatomy, and physiological processes.
• Concept Development & Storyboarding: Work with medical and creative teams to develop storyboards and animation scripts that ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Visual Storytelling: Simplify complex medical topics into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals tailored for different audiences (students, healthcare professionals, general public).
• Technical Execution: Use industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max) to create realistic and accurate models, textures, and animations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with scriptwriters, voiceover artists, and video editors to produce cohesive and professional content.
• Platform Optimization: Adapt animations for various platforms, including social media, websites, and e-learning portals, ensuring consistent quality and format.
• Research & Accuracy: Collaborate with medical experts to validate content and maintain high standards of anatomical and physiological accuracy.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on animation trends, medical illustration advancements, and emerging tools to enhance quality and innovation.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in 3D animation and illustration (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in animation and modeling software (e.g., Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D).
• Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques.
• Ability to translate complex medical concepts into visually engaging animations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
