Job Title: Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Nature of role: Independent contractor

Job Purpose
To manage and grow DIRA HR’s digital presence by creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, running campaigns, tracking performance, and supporting business development. The Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for online audiences, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote DIRA HR services, training programs, and events.
Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, ensuring optimal results.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
2. Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, WhatsApp Channel, Tiktok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Grow and engage online audiences by posting relevant content, responding to comments and messages, and fostering an active online community.
Track social media metrics, report insights, and recommend improvements to boost engagement.
3. Content Creation & Communication
Develop compelling content for social media, blogs, and newsletters that reflects DIRA HR’s brand voice.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with HR services and business objectives.
Support promotional efforts for training, webinars, and corporate events.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website traffic, social media performance, and campaign success.
Generate regular reports with actionable insights to guide future marketing strategies.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve online visibility and client engagement.
Key Requirements
Experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in professional services or HR-related environments.
Proven ability to grow and engage audiences across LinkedIn, WhatsApp Channel, Tiktok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising tools.
Good content creation and copywriting skills, with attention to brand voice.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Self-motivated, creative, and organized, with strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, and content creation.
Certification or formal training in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website content management systems.
Experience in promoting training programs, events, or professional services through digital channels.
Foundational skills in graphic design, with the ability to create visually engaging content.
Ability to curate and edit short-form and long-form video content for online platforms.
