About the Role
Dira HR Solutions is recruiting a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative –
Perfumes on behalf of one of our clients in the beauty industry. The role involves promoting
and selling a range of perfumes across retail outlets, wholesalers, and direct customers
while delivering consistent sales performance and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Promote, demonstrate, and sell perfumes to retail outlets, wholesalers, and individual
customers.
Identify new markets, customers, and sales opportunities to grow revenue.
Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and
sales.
Prepare and submit accurate sales and activity reports.
Maintain an accurate record of sales, collections, and customer interactions.
Follow up on leads, repeat orders, and customer feedback
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a
related field.
At least three (3) years of proven experience in sales, preferably in beauty,
distribution, or FMCG environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Results-driven with a strong customer focus
Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools

Performance will be assessed based on the following indicators: Demonstrated ability to achieve perfume sales with a minimum revenue of
Kes.50,000 monthly.
Customer acquisition and retention

Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting
Work Environment
Field-based role, including retail-focused and customer visits.
