Job Description

Qualifications
Education – A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement,
Experience – On-the-job training or related experience is required.
Skills – Have good customer service, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Be able to read and interpret documents, write reports, and calculate figures.
Knowledge – Be familiar with the facility’s equipment and how to service different types of vehicles as well as be knowledgeable about repair and maintenance, sales, and management operations.

Duties and responsibilities
Managing staff: Car wash attendants.
Handled customer complaints and offer solutions
Maintaining inventory: Ensuring inventory is maintained and ordering supplies
Ensuring car washing equipment are working order: Ensuring that equipment is well-maintained and ready to operate
Ensuring car wash opening and closing procedures are well done.
Meeting goals: Reaching established monthly goals and ensuring the location is profitable
