Job Description
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. This involves regular communication to address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer policy reviews.
Develop marketing strategies to promote various insurance products, explain policy features, advantages, and disadvantages to clients, and recommend suitable coverage options.
Evaluate clients’ risk profiles to determine appropriate coverage levels and premiums, ensuring that policies are both competitive and profitable for the agency.
Assist clients in filing insurance claims, monitor the claims process to ensure timely and fair settlements, and act as a liaison between clients and insurance providers.
Stay informed about Kenyan insurance laws and regulations to ensure all policies and practices comply with legal standards. This includes maintaining accurate records and submitting necessary reports to regulatory bodies.
Maintain organized records of policies, claims, and client interactions, and handle policy renewals and updates efficiently.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new insurance products or improvements to existing offerings, and develop strategies to attract potential clients.
Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets, improve customer service, and contribute to the agency’s overall growth and success.
