Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with SACCO goals
Create, edit, and share engaging content on all social media platforms
Monitor performance metrics and generate monthly reports
Respond to followers’ inquiries and engage the online community
Promote SACCO products, events, and campaigns digitally
Collaborate with departments to highlight member success stories
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, or related field
Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn)
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Creative, organized, and results-oriented
