Are you a dynamic, tech-savvy Sales and Marketing professional with a passion for driving growth?

Fruity Schools Africa is expanding, and we are looking for a high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and help take our startup businesses to the next level.

We need someone who is not just a “Marketer” but a Storyteller, a Strategist, and a Closer.

The role: You will be at the forefront of our business development, responsible for everything from high-level pitching to hands-on social media management.

This is a fast-paced role that requires resilience, creativity, and the ability to deliver under pressure.

Requirements and qualifications:

Traditional marketing isn’t enough anymore. We need a Sales & Marketing Executive who is tech-savvy, uses AI to boost productivity, and creates stunning visuals on Canva.

Requirements and qualifications:

Education: A recognized bachelor’s degree in commerce (specializing in Sales & Marketing) or Business Management from a reputable Kenyan University.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector or an equivalent fast-paced industry.

Age Profile: Ideally between 25 and 33 years of age.

Tech Stack: Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and a strong competence in using AI tools to enhance productivity.

Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (written and spoken) with the ability to write winning proposals.

What you will do:

Draft and deliver compelling pitch decks and business proposals to new clients.
Manage and grow our presence across all social media platforms.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Work flexibly and diligently to meet startup targets and milestones.

Compensation and terms:

KES 30,000 – 35,000 Basic + Attractive Commissions based on growth and closed sales. (Total earnings are limited only by your performance!)
