JOB VACANCY: BRANCH MANAGER – ELDORET

A reputable microfinance institution operating in Eldoret Town is seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive lending growth, and manage portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and staff supervision
• Drive loan disbursement and portfolio growth
• Manage credit risk, collections, and branch profitability
• Develop strong relationships with local businesses and clients
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory standards

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in a microfinance institution
• Strong lending expertise in:
  • Logbook Loans
  • Business Loans
• Deep understanding of Eldoret and its surrounding business environment
• Diploma or Degree in a Business-related course
• Management training/course will be an added advantage
