Tech Stack Implementation Consultant (Remote, Project-Based)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Stack Implementation Consultant to help us set up, customize, and operationalize our remote-friendly tool suite. You will also be responsible for creating SOPs and training our team to adopt these tools confidently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Tool Setup & Configuration
• Implement the tools selected for project management, recruitment, HR, communications, CRM, automation, and content management:
o ClickUp or Asana (project management)
o Manatal or Recruitee (ATS)
o HubSpot CRM (client management)
o Calendly & Zoom (interviews & meetings)
o Slack & Loom (team communication & async updates)
o Google Workspace (collaboration & file storage)
o Zoho People & Officevibe (HR & engagement)
o Canva & Buffer (content design & scheduling)
o Zapier (workflow automation)
o Looker Studio / Google Sheets (performance dashboards)
2. Staff Training & Adoption
• Conduct team onboarding sessions and create video tutorials using Loom
• Prepare user-friendly training guides and role-specific quick-start kits
• Offer support to ensure each team member confidently uses the tools relevant to their department
3. SOP Creation & Documentation
• Map current workflows and translate them into system-based SOPs
• Develop a centralized “Tech Stack Handbook” with detailed usage instructions and best practices
• Advise on system governance, permissions, data consistency, and future scalability

Ideal Candidate:
✅ Proven experience implementing tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Zapier
✅ Strong background in remote team operations, HR tech, or recruitment tech
✅ Excellent documentation and communication skills
✅ Comfortable training both technical and non-technical users
✅ Organized, self-driven, and solutions-focused
