The role involves handling customer calls, resolving betting-related queries, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information on betting products, services, and promotions.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and account issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Record all customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure proper follow-up.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, responsible gaming practices, and data protection standards.
• Meet daily/weekly call performance, quality, and service delivery targets.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of customer service/call centre experience.
• Previous work experience in a betting/gaming company will be a significant advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications, CRM systems, and multi-channel communication tools.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
