Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager who can balance precision with pace. This role demands a leader who thrives in high-volume environments, understands the strict compliance frameworks of regulated industries, and can turn complex financial data into actionable insights for the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of finance officers to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant outputs.
• Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, compliance, audits, and reporting.
• Drive regulatory reporting processes in line with betting industry requirements and deadlines.
• Conduct advanced financial and operational data analysis to guide business strategy.
• Manage high-volume disbursements, reconciliations, and cash flow processes.
• Ensure audit readiness and maintain strong relationships with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ senior finance experience in regulated sectors (betting, gaming, fintech, or banking).
• Demonstrated expertise in compliance, audit processes, and statutory reporting.
• Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and improve operational efficiencies.
• Strong grasp of disbursement and reconciliation controls in high-volume transactions.
