Job Description

Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a qualified and proactive HR Officer to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting staff development, and advising management on people-related matters.
This role is ideal for a professional with 2–4 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong workplace culture, who is eager to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Coordinate performance management, training, and staff development programs.
• Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and advisory to staff and management.
• Drive HR compliance and contribute to policy development and implementation.

Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism and integrity.
• Experience in the financial services sector is an added advantage.
