Job Opportunity: 5 Relationship Officers – Logbook Loans
(Posted on behalf of our client – an established Microfinance Company)

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Employment Type: Full-time

Our client, a respected and established Microfinance Company, is seeking five (5) Relationship Officers to drive sales of their logbook loan products. The ideal candidates will be self-driven, persuasive, and passionate about building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively market and sell logbook loan products to individual and business clients.
• Prospect, identify, and onboard new customers through field sales, referrals, and partnerships.
• Assess client needs, explain product features, and guide them through the loan application process.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure all customer documentation and applications are complete and compliant.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and portfolio growth targets.
• Provide market feedback to management for product and process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Previous experience in logbook loans or asset-based lending is highly desirable.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned areas.
