Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company specializing in car tracking and fleet management solutions, is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead their sales, business development, and client relationship efforts. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive revenue growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and tenders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product and service offerings.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and business development team to meet performance targets.
• Prepare and present regular commercial performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role—preferably in technology, telecommunications, or fleet management industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
