Job Opportunity: Sales Team Leaders – Logbook Loans

Our client, a well-established microfinance institution, is seeking Sales Team Leaders to drive the growth of their logbook loans portfolio. The successful candidates will not only lead sales efforts but also recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and achieve targets for logbook loans.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
• Develop sales strategies and ensure consistent execution across the team.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients and referral partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logbook loans or secured lending is a must.
• Strong track record in sales leadership, team recruitment, and training.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
