We’re urgently seeking 10 dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leaders to join our client, a well-established microfinance institution that puts people first.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, recruit, and train a team of sales agents
• Drive daily lead generation and loan disbursement targets
• Build strong networks across Nairobi, especially within the car yard ecosystem
• Establish and maintain partnerships with car yards for lead flow and conversions
Ideal Candidate:
• Deep knowledge of the Nairobi region and car dealership landscape
• Proven track record in sales leadership, especially in logbook loans or related financial products
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to deliver under pressure

Compensation:

• Monthly retainer of KES 35,000
• 3% commission on all successful business brought in
