We’re Hiring on Behalf of Our Client
Kazicloud Employ Ltd is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Relationship Officer on behalf of our client, a reputable financial institution located in the heart of Nairobi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Acquire new clients through targeted sales, networking, and outreach.
• Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell the company’s products and services effectively.
• Handle client issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to offer valuable insights.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations) to enhance client experience.
• Achieve set targets in disbursements, collections, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Relationship Officer role.
• Certification in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Well-groomed, outgoing, and confident personality.

Performance Indicators:

• Revenue generation through disbursements, collections, and new customers.
• Compliance with disbursement TATs and internal policies.
• Effective customer training, cross-selling, and partnerships.
• High levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
