Job Title: Sales Executive – Vehicle Tracking Solutions

Locations: Nairobi & Eldoret
Job Type: Full-Time
Monthly Retainer: KES 15,000 + Commission (5% on sales above target)
Reporting Date: 4th August 2025

We’re Hiring on Behalf of Our Client

Kazicloud Employ Ltd is recruiting energetic and target-driven Sales Executives for our client, a leading provider of GPS/GSM vehicle tracking and fleet management services.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales & Business Development

• Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to individuals, SMEs, and fleet owners.
• Conduct field visits to car yards, parking lots, logistics hubs, and other strategic areas.
• Educate clients on system features such as real-time tracking, immobilization, geofencing, and more.
• Prepare and present custom quotations and close deals with upfront payments.

B. Client Relationship Management

• Train customers on platform usage (mobile app, web portal).
• Ensure client satisfaction through after-sales support and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical support for any client issues.

C. Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Maintain updated sales pipeline and submit daily/weekly reports.
• Gather competitor insights and share actionable intelligence with management.

D. Collaboration

• Work with technical teams for smooth installation scheduling.
• Support marketing activations and events as a sales brand ambassador.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year in field sales—experience in telematics, vehicle tracking, or automotive products is an added advantage.
• Valid driver’s or motorcycle license is a strong plus.
• Must be fluent in English and Swahili, with strong negotiation skills.

Compensation:

• KES 15,000 monthly retainer
• 5% commission on all sales made above the set monthly target
