Compensation: KES 15,000 Transport Allowance + Uncapped Commission

Your Role & Opportunity

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be assigned to one of our partner microfinance companies in either Nairobi or Mombasa. Your mission will be to engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and drive sales.

Top performers in this accelerator program will be directly transitioned into permanent employment opportunities with our partner microfinance companies, with a clear path to becoming a Sales Team Leader. This is a fast-tracked career for those who are ready to prove their worth.
