Role Overview

As a Sales Trainee / Agent, you’ll learn how to identify potential clients, promote logbook loan products, and guide customers through the loan process. You’ll work closely with experienced sales team leaders who will coach you to become a top-performing financial sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote logbook and asset finance loan products to new and existing clients
• Generate leads through field activations, referrals, and client networks
• Support customers in completing loan applications and documentation
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals
• Uphold professionalism, compliance, and excellent customer service at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication, networking, and persuasion skills
• Energetic, results-driven, and eager to learn sales techniques
• Previous experience in sales, microfinance, or customer service is an added advantage
