About the Opportunity:

Kazicloud Employ Limited is hiring on behalf of our client, a dynamic company seeking a Website & SEO Manager. The successful candidate will manage and optimize the company website while leading SEO initiatives to increase visibility and traffic. The role also includes occasional support to the Social Media Messaging Manager by handling customer messages and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

• Update and manage product stock, pricing, variants, and availability.
• Upload and maintain high-quality product images with correct naming, descriptions, dimensions, alt text, SEO tags, and formatting.
• Ensure all website content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
• Organize and archive processed images in the proper structure and format.

SEO & Website Optimization:

• Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page SEO, metadata, and internal linking.
• Manage Google Business Profile and other local SEO assets.
• Monitor, track, and report on website traffic, SEO performance, and optimization actions.
Relief Support: Social Media & Email Messaging:
• Assist the Social Media Messaging Manager when required.
• Respond to customer inquiries via social media and email, following approved scripts, tone, and escalation protocols.
• Log issues, route leads to the sales team, and maintain high response quality standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in website management and SEO (experience with BigCommerce is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console, and basic image-editing tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across multiple teams.
