Our client, a logistics company is seeking to recruit a Truck Drivers to work in their organization.

JOB: TRUCK DRIVER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with site supervisors & logistics personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communicate with supervisors regarding delivery schedules, delays and other issues.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times
• Follow traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe transportation
• Ensure timely reporting on available systems and completing of required paperwork
• Keep the truck clean and well maintained at all times.
• Assist on loading and offloading when necessary
• Any other duties that may be provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary education/KCSE Certificate
• At least 2 years progressive experience in truck driving
• Valid Driving License
• Clean driving record
• Efficient route planning and timeliness
• Flexible to work in shifts & medically fit
• Defense driving certificate will be an added advantage
