Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across branches and departments.
Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve company goals.
Monitor inventory, logistics, and workflow to avoid delays and wastage.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers, and key stakeholders.
Track performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement operational strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in retail, interiors, or service industries.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with operational management tools.
