As we expand our digital footprint, we are seeking a versatile and creative Social Media Executive to join our team.

Role Overview
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of all five Charlie’s Corp branches. This role requires someone dynamic, creative and flexible, with hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and community engagement.
The incumbent will play a key role in supporting the Sales & Marketing team by producing engaging visuals, capturing live content during events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
This role is best suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, has a flair for storytelling and is comfortable working evenings and nights during peak event days.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all Charlie’s Corp social media pages across multiple branches, ensuring consistent brand identity.
• Execute the weekly content calendar provided by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Capture high-quality videos and photos of events and activities (mainly Thursday to Sunday evenings).
• Create engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories) that reflects the vibrant nightlife and dining culture of Charlie’s Corp.
• Support in content creation with video editing and graphic design tasks as needed.
• Monitor, analyze and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Build and grow an active social media community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries and encouraging interaction.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.

Key Qualifications & Competencies
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with content creation i.e., photography, videography, editing, and storytelling.
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube) and their respective best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends and during events.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to bring fresh ideas to grow brand engagement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with content creators, managers, and event staff.

Compensation:
The budget for this role is 40K – 50K depending on experience
