Job Description

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets developing sales pipelines managing client relationships as well as meeting debt collection target in a timely manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Generation of Sales budget and developing strategies for the achievement of planned sales.
Client Service -Presenting sales pitches to clients, following up on closure of sales to endure business revenue generation and updating clients on work progress.
Internal Planning – Taking part in strategy meetings with the workshop team to plan execution of works and supervision of the same to ensure targets and timelines are met.
Debt Collection – Following up on client payments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within the advertising and manufacturing sectors or related field.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
