Job Summary:

The Sports Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and delivery
of all sports programs and activities at SmartPay Sports Club. This includes managing coaching
staff, ensuring the quality of training programs, overseeing facility operations, and driving
participation in our various sports initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sports program strategy aligned with the club’s
overall mission and objectives.
Manage and evaluate the performance of coaching staff across various sports disciplines.
Oversee the development and implementation of high-quality training programs for athletes of
all ages and skill levels.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in sports programs.
Manage the scheduling and utilization of sports facilities to maximize efficiency and
accessibility.
Oversee the organization and execution of sports events, tournaments, and leagues.
Develop and manage budgets for sports programs and activities.
Promote sports programs and activities to attract new participants and increase engagement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant sports regulations and standards.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the club’s sports programs
and achievements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation Management, or a related field
(Master’s degree preferred).
Extensive experience in sports program management and coaching.
Strong knowledge of various sports disciplines and training methodologies.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of coaches and staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
Passion for sports and a commitment to promoting health and wellness.
Relevant coaching certifications are highly desirable.
