for our customers and partners.

Job Summary:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for overseeing the development,
security, and scalability of Smart Pay’s mobile money platform. The CTO will lead the technology
team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive innovation in the mobile payments space.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the technology strategy for SmartPay’s mobile money platform. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of the mobile money wallet and related applications. Ensure the security and compliance of the platform with relevant financial and regulatory
standards. Manage system scalability and integration with banking networks and other payment providers. Lead the technology team to deliver a reliable, user-friendly, and innovative platform.

Develop technical resources and documentation for merchants, users, and support teams.

Oversee POS device procurement and maintenance. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

*Extensive experience in software development, system architecture, and mobile money
technologies.
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Proven ability to lead and manage a technology team.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
