Job Description

We are looking for a commercially sharp, creatively driven Digital Sales & Content Lead who understands one thing clearly: content is not for aesthetics, it is for conversion.
What You Will Own
You will take full responsibility for turning our digital platforms into a revenue-generating engine.
1. Content That Sells
● Create and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
● Shoot and produce videos/photos (before/after, styling tips, client stories)
● Turn everyday installs into compelling sales stories
● Collaborate with influencers and leverage user-generated content
2. Convert Attention Into Revenue
● Engage and close leads via DMs, calls, and online channels
● Drive customers from enquiry → quote → purchase
● Upsell bundles (curtains, rods, accessories) to increase order value
● Track and optimize performance using sales and platform data
3. Own the Customer Experience
● Respond to all enquiries with speed, clarity, and professionalism
● Personally review and approve all online orders before production
● Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery and installation
● Resolve issues quickly and turn complaints into loyalty
4. Build a Loyal Community (HomeMakers Club)
● Turn customers into advocates who share their home transformations
● Drive consistent user-generated content
● Create “wow” unboxing and delivery experiences that trigger referrals
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
● Grow social platforms into a top-of-mind home styling brand in Kenya
● Drive a significant portion of company revenue through digital channels
● Maintain near-perfect order accuracy and customer satisfaction
● Build a strong pipeline of repeat customers and referrals
● Establish a thriving community of engaged homeowners sharing their spaces
