Role Summary

As the first point of contact, the Customer Service Executive will manage all client communication across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience. This includes handling bookings, managing appointments, relaying key information, and maintaining accurate records with utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the clinic and clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

• Manage appointment bookings and scheduling, ensuring efficient clinic flow.

• Proactively communicate essential updates, reminders, and follow-ups to clients.

• Maintain organized records of interactions, appointments, and client preferences.

• Handle client feedback and concerns with professionalism, escalating when necessary.

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Health Records, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in digital communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, email, EMRs).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Warm, patient-centered approach and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
