WE ARE HIRING A FITNESS COACH
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
You are more than just a coach. You’re a specialist in movement, a mentor in mindset, and a leader in discipline. You believe in growth of the body, the mind, and your craft. You bring energy, resilience, and a no-compromise attitude to the floor, every single day.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 10 years of hands-on coaching experience in both personal and group training.
Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics.
In-depth understanding and application of strength and fight training; Boxing (priority), MMA, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, Wrestling, Jiujitsu, etc.
Deep experience in sports injury rehabilitation and post-rehab progression.
Fluent in real-time exercise modification for pain, flare-ups, or injury mid-session.
Expertise in exercise technique; form comes first.
Proven ability in movement assessment, injury risk screening, and exercise prescription.
Proficiency in designing training plans that are scalable, progressive, and effective.
Certified in First Aid/CPR.
Certified Coach from a recognized authority (e.g. NASM, CSCS, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
Strong track record of client motivation / drive, support, and communication.
Exceptionally punctual with high standards in time management; our clients’ time is valuable.
Strong commitment to safety protocols and injury prevention.
Facility upkeep mindset; you take pride in a clean and professional training environment (cleaning/sanitizing equipment, mats, and floor after use).
Ongoing pursuit of continuing education – staying current with rehab science, strength systems, and movement therapies.
Disciplined lifestyle: you walk the walk and live the values you preach.

ADVANCED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assessing movement limitations, pain points, and muscular imbalances.
Designing training to improve mobility, strength, fight, range of motion, and flexibility with minimal pain.
Utilizing appropriate modalities (manual therapy, taping, etc.) within your scope of practice.
Modifying exercises and sessions to suit individual injuries or medical limitations.
Monitoring pain levels during training and adjusting intensity/type of exercise accordingly.
Educating clients on body mechanics, injury prevention, and long-term health.
Assessment of clients’ limitations.
Progressing clients from rehab to full performance-based training.
Applying principles of tissue healing, recovery, and adaptation in training plans.
Referring clients to qualified healthcare professionals when necessary after approval, and understanding your professional limits.

COMPENSATION:
Compensation will reflect both experience and value delivered. It includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, growth opportunities, and benefits. The final offer will be discussed during the interview process based on qualifications, experience, and alignment with SHRD’s mission and standards.
Potential for International Placement:
Outstanding performance and commitment may lead to opportunities for short-term or long-term international assignments, depending on business needs and individual capabilities.
