What You Will Be Responsible For
1. Product Delivery Excellence

– Safely and efficiently deliver products to client locations
– Ensure all deliveries are accurate by verifying against orders
– Maintain high standards of care when handling client items

2. Client Experience & Engagement

– Represent the company professionally during every client interaction
– Respond to basic client inquiries and guide them where necessary
– Deliver a smooth, respectful, and customer-friendly experience

3. Timeliness & Route Efficiency

– Plan delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
– Maintain strict adherence to delivery schedules
– Communicate proactively in case of delays or challenges

4. Motorbike Care & Responsibility

– Conduct daily checks to ensure the motorbike is roadworthy
– Report and follow up on any maintenance issues
– Keep the bike clean, organized, and well-maintained

5. Field Team Support

– Support installation teams on-site when required
– Assist in handling and setting up products (e.g., curtains)

What We Are Looking For
1. Valid rider’s license with a clean driving record
2. Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or a similar role
3. Strong knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Professional, respectful, and client-focused attitude
6. Basic motorbike maintenance knowledge
