Job Description

We are seeking a driven and self-starting Senior Account Executive to join our team to serve a US client. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by prospecting new leads, conducting outreach through cold calls and emails, booking demo calls, and converting leads into long-term clients. This position is ideal for someone with a proven sales track record, 5+ years of experience, and a passion for thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to engage potential clients and set up demo calls.
Deliver engaging and effective product demos, showcasing the value and capabilities of our B2B ecommerce solutions.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling.
Collaborate closely with the internal team to align on client needs and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Monitor and adapt to market trends and competitor activities to remain ahead of industry developments.
Track and report sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to think critically, handle challenges proactively, and deliver creative solutions.
Proficiency in prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with decision-makers.
Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a startup or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools; familiarity with remote collaboration tools is a must.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Workspace and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo.io, Outreach.io, Gong…etc).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a startup environment, where adaptability and initiative are crucial.
Ability to lead by example and mentor junior team members.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and resolving challenges in real time.
Familiarity with international markets and business practices.
