Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & Business Development
o Identify and target new markets, industries, and clients for solar products, inverters, and batteries.
o Develop strategies to penetrate untapped regions and sectors.
o Lead the team in prospecting, cold-calling, and closing deals with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
2. Team Leadership & Coaching
o Mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals.
o Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
o Monitor individual and team performance, providing actionable feedback.
3. Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors.
o Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote solutions.
o Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
o Prepare daily/weekly reports on team progress, sales pipelines, and market insights.
o Analyze data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
o Present performance metrics to senior management.
5. Social Media Marketing
o Create and schedule weekly posts for company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
o Design engaging content (e.g., product highlights, customer testimonials, industry news) to boost brand visibility.
o Monitor social media engagement and adjust campaigns based on analytics.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration
o Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with digital campaigns.
o Collaborate with technical teams to stay updated on product developments.

Requirements
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Renewable Energy is preferred but we are open to accepting a diverse pool
• Experience:
o 3+ years in sales leadership, preferably in solar/renewable energy, electrical products, or B2B/B2C sales.
o Proven track record of opening new markets and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
o Hands-on experience with social media management and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite).
• Skills:
o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
o Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
o Creative mindset for crafting compelling social media content.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, and regulatory standards.
• Other:
o Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/regionally.
o Passion for sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
