Qualifications
Diploma or degree in sales and marketing
2 years working experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods as a Van Sales Lady
Good communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of Distributor Management System,

Duties and responsibilities.
Meeting sales targets, promoting and selling company products, and achieving the agreed sales volume
Managing product distribution, ensuring products are delivered and displayed in line with company standards, and monitoring stock levels in the van
Building relationships with customers, liaising with other departments to ensure optimal customer service, and providing good customer service
Following all company policies and procedures, and adhering to the company payment policy
Maintaining sales and delivery records, preventing damage to the delivery van and the company products being transported, and ensuring the products stored in the van are in good condition and in the appropriate temperature
Visiting assigned customers and territories according to the route plan, and managing the itinerary given to ensure that all outlets allocated per day are being serviced
Monitoring and recommending the optimal stock holding level to retailers, and replenishing to outlets as and when necessary
Updating the supervisor with the requested reports accurately and on-time, such as competitive activities, distribution and pricing studies, and daily sales reports
