Job Description
Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge:
· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field is required.
· At least 6 years’ experience in Conveyancing, Real Estate Sales, and Business Development.
· Registration by Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB) will be an added advantage.
· Proven ability to close sale deals and achieve targets.
· Strong analytic skills, including ability to independently conduct real estate market research and budgets.
· Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
· Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage productive relationships with team members, public officials, funders and lenders, other staff, and the community.
· Good networking skills.
· Should be goal oriented and have a proven track of leadership.
