Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
· At least 6 years’ experience in business administration, management, or a similar role.
· Proven experience developing and implementing process improvements.
· Experience leading an Admin team of a professional service firm or a law firm.
· Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
