Education Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or Business IT from a recognised institution.

Master’s degree will be an added advantage

Have Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification

Professional certification such as Certified Computer Network Professional (CCNP), CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, MCSD, Oracle Certified Database administrator OCDBA, Microsoft Certified databases Administrator (MCDBA)

ITIL Foundation

Member of an ICT professional body

Experience:

Have 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in a Management position.

Proven experience in software development, including proficiency in programming – e.g., Angular, Laravel, Java, Python, C#, .NET].

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading organizational change initiatives.

Background in financial management, with a track record of achieving profitability targets.

Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
